Our Purpose
Within the BAME group, there is unprocessed trauma. Password would like to be the channel to introduce the BAME youth into the mainstream mental health service, wellbeing, education support disability, awareness and education, and career advice/support. Password consultancy will then connect these groups with the local community services.
We will help individuals manage their expectations and the stigma they may have. To remove the barrier to participation in mainstream therapy and educational support.

SERVICES FOR THE YOUTH

If your child's behaviour, emotional wellbeing, or mental health is causing you concern, it may be helpful to contact us to talk it through. Many parents who get in touch have concerns about their child's behaviour, mental well-being (anxiety, low mood, grief, and loss)

SERVICES FOR PROFESSIONALS

We offer various services for professionals, including specialist consultation clinics, training to help parents, carers, and professionals think psychologically about the young people they work with.

CONSULTATIONS

Group and individual consultation sessions offer professionals, carers, and parents the opportunity to discuss their worries about a child's emotional wellbeing and behavioural presentation. It is an opportunity to consult with an expert about a particular issue, such as:

  • Managing anger
  • Challenging behaviour

INTERVENTION

We are the early intervention support that provides well-being and mental health awareness in supporting the individual youth to deal with their prejudice which prevents them from receiving support from mainstream services

  • Career advise and work prep

Projects

OUR WORK SO FAR

Consultations can be delivered in various ways, including just as one-offs. We have several packages, including weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly sessions. We provide consultations to professionals such as residential care teams, social workers, school staff, churches, and businesses. A written summary of what is discussed in the consultation session will be provided alongside an agreed action plan.
