SoP Officers operate with honor in regards to all dealings with client and fellow Officers. In situation where help is needed most,
SoP Officers respond
appropriately and convincingly when called upon. Contacting your Selection Officer (SO) gives you direct access to a ranking Officer
who has trained beside recruits and other Officers. Your SO possess the knowledge and experience to win for us all.
Strategic and knowledgeable SoP Officers undertake each mission earning the trust of their fellow Officers and the confidence of our
entire academy-to win. SoP Officers learn and adopt cooperative skills that have been tried and proven in every operation this academy
has undertaken. It is by facing, winning and learning throughout each operation that each SoP Officers develop their own leadership styles
and adapt them to best suit the objectives of the operation.
